KinPiko（伴可）由新加坡公司 VERTA AI PTE. LTD.（UEN：202608885N）提供。使用 KinPiko 即表示你同意本条款和隐私政策。App 本身的许可适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。

KinPiko 不是紧急救援或安全保障服务。位置可能不准确、延迟或无法获取。遇到紧急情况，请直接联系当地紧急服务。

谁可以使用

iPhone App 供成年的家长或监护人使用。你只能绑定你有权看护的孩子的手表，并负责孩子对手表 App 的使用。不得用 KinPiko 追踪未经你合法看护的人。

服务的局限

定位和消息依赖 Apple Watch、蜂窝或 Wi-Fi 网络、系统权限、电量和 Apple 推送，手表关机、没电、没信号或系统暂停 App 时，位置和消息都可能中断。持续定位会增加手表耗电。

规范使用

请不要发送违法、骚扰或伤害他人的内容，不要冒充孩子或其他人，不要未经授权访问别人的账号或数据，不要干扰或逆向工程我们的服务。违反时我们可以暂停或终止相关账号。

消息由用户自己发送，我们不审核内容，也不对其负责。发现问题请写信给 support@kinpiko.com。

会员是通过 App Store 购买的自动续期订阅，分月付和年付，价格以购买时显示的为准。
费用通过 Apple 账号收取。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则会自动续费。
首次订阅可享 7 天免费试用（每个订阅组一次）；试用结束后开始收费，除非你提前取消。
可在系统设置中管理或取消订阅。退款由 Apple 按其规则处理。删除 KinPiko 账号不会自动取消订阅。
会员到期后，已绑定的孩子和家属保留，超出免费版的功能停用。

账号终止

你可以随时在 App 里删除账号。服务可能变更；如需停止服务，我们会尽量提前通知。

免责和责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，服务按「现状」提供，我们不保证不中断或没有错误，也不对间接或后果性损失负责。我们对任何索赔的总责任，以你在索赔前 12 个月向我们支付的订阅费用为上限。法律不允许限制的责任不受影响。

Apple 不是本条款的一方，也不对 KinPiko 及其内容负责。

适用法律

本条款适用新加坡法律，并由新加坡法院管辖；但这不影响你依所在地法律享有的强制性消费者权利。

条款变更和联系方式

Terms of Use

KinPiko is provided by VERTA AI PTE. LTD., a Singapore company (UEN 202608885N). By using KinPiko you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Your license to the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

KinPiko is not an emergency or safety service. Location may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

Who can use KinPiko

The iPhone app is for adult parents and guardians. You may only link a watch worn by a child you have the right to care for, and you are responsible for the child's use of the watch app. You may not use KinPiko to track anyone not lawfully in your care.

Limits of the service

Location and messaging depend on the Apple Watch, cellular or Wi-Fi networks, system permissions, battery and Apple push notifications. They may stop when the watch is off, out of battery or signal, or when the system suspends the app. Continuous location increases battery use.

Acceptable use

Don't send illegal, harassing or harmful content, impersonate a child or anyone else, access other people's accounts or data without permission, or interfere with or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

Messages are sent by users. We don't review them and aren't responsible for them. Report problems to support@kinpiko.com.

Subscriptions

Membership is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial (once per subscription group). Charges begin when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Manage or cancel in system settings. Apple handles refunds under its own rules. Deleting your KinPiko account doesn't cancel a subscription.
When a membership ends, linked children and family stay, but features beyond the free plan stop.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. The service may change; if we stop it, we will try to give notice in advance.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Liability that can't legally be limited is not affected.

Apple is not a party to these terms and isn't responsible for KinPiko or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the courts of Singapore. This doesn't affect mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes and contact
